Division of DD Briefing on Flu Outbreak Via Telehealth Network by Chris Burnett

The attached information is being emailed to all Developmental Disabilities providers today from the Division of DD.

The Department of Human Services' Division of Developmental Disabilities, in partnership with the SIU School of Medicine, has scheduled a 90 minute briefing to update community providers and state operated developmental center personnel on the status of the H1N1 outbreak and provide them with an opportunity to have their questions.

The briefing is scheduled for:

DATE: May 11, 2009 (Monday)

TIME: 9:00 am - 10:30 am

LOCATIONS: 19 Telehealth sites across the state - A listing of the sites connecting for the briefing and their addresses is included as an attachment to this message.

Space at some sites is very limited. Please check with the contact person at the site to make sure space is available. Agencies may want to consider only staff responsible for liaison activity with the local public health office or who oversee their infection control procedures.
