Association is proud to present information about our organization and
to promote community services to persons with disabilities.
Our
goal was to allow access to the Association at your convenience so we
have tried to be as comprehensive as possible. This site cannot
express the total measure of resource that IARF can bring to a problem

Technology
has changed the way business happens – in 1999 the Association received
its first online membership application. We recognize that
technology is an important business tool. Our commitment to service keeps
us focused on our members and their communities. That same commitment
encourages us to take advantage of technology when it broadens our
audience, enhances communication, or improves our ability to deliver a
quality product. I hope you will give us feedback on whether this page
