IARF is pleased to announce that we are on our way back to in-person events! On September 16th & 17th, 2021, IARF will host an in-person Leadership Conference in Bloomington-Normal.  The past year has presented us with unprecedented leadership challenges and through it we are learning we can adapt more than we thought possible. Our goal with the leadership conference format is to provide an opportunity for agency leadership teams to reconnect with each other and colleagues from around the state to learn from one another and share best practices together, in-person.  

We invite you to submit a presentation proposal for our 2021 Leadership Conference! The Education Committee is seeking presentation proposals for the event that include, but are not limited to the following: Organizational Recovery; Change/Transformation; Teambuilding; Recruitment & Retention; Best Practices C-Suite Level; Strategic Planning; Succession Planning; Fundraising; Community Employment

Audience: C-Suite Level & Leadership Teams from community based I/DD and Behavioral Health Service Providers in the State of Illinois.

We ask that when you submit a proposal for consideration, you understand all speakers must attend the in-person event. We will be working through options for a possible hybrid event experience; however, all of our speakers and presenters will need to attend in person.
