The Intelligence of Fun
People have different ideas about what 'fun" is. Yet, all organizations know that feeling part of a team is fun. A state of openness and connection is fun, and the joy of a collaborative spirit is contagious, whether you are an introvert or extrovert, the medical director at your facility, or certified nurse assistant. Everyone loves the “Aha” moments when solutions to problems come into view. The Intelligence of Fun unlocks the keys to seeing solutions to problems as fun – being solution-minded and not problem-focused. A thriving future includes taking ourselves lightly and our mission seriously.
Craig brings a strong element of both relevance and levity. In his non-power pointed and highly interactive style, he will challenge attendees to identify where they hold back, to own their greatness, and to experience what it feels like to lean into new possibilities. Expect to have a roaring good time with Craig as you explore the secrets to a thriving future.

Improv 101 for Healthcare
Let’s face it, Healthcare must remain flexible, cutting edge and all about the people! A culture where people bring fresh perspectives and, yes, a “playful spirit” to their work and those they serve. What is required? Here’s what attendees will leave with a:
• Mindset that is open and creative.
• Greater capacity to create creative collaboration at work.
• Ability to take oneself lightly, while taking one’s task seriously.
• Experience of authentic communication.
• An unleashed spirit of adventure.
Guess what? These are basic principles of Improvisation, and they have a ton to offer those who work in health care. Expect to be challenged through this experiential keynote that promises to be fun, memorable, meaningful and applicable.
