MIND MELD SESSIONS
My mind to your mind, my thoughts to your thoughts. What better way to process and internalize the knowledge shared in our previous sessions than an exchange of thoughts – become one mind and shared consciousness – through expertly facilitated discussions with presenters and members of our conference committee.

We will close out each day with Mind Meld sessions that will bring all of the day’s content together - the major themes from our Keynote Presenters and the outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations from our Success Sessions. These engaging sessions are crucial to the value we hope you take away from this year’s leadership conference – how can attendees hear perspectives from their colleagues from earlier sessions and take that knowledge back with them to use with the teams at their own organizations.

Through facilitated discussions, our Mind Meld session objectives include:
  • Connecting the themes of organizational recovery & change/transformation from Keynote and Success Sessions through participant engaged dialogue;
  • Collaborative learning amongst participating teams on how to apply recovery processes within a provider organization;
  • Attendee sharing of how their organizations have responded to the public health pandemic and any recovery/change principles/approaches they’ve implemented.
