MITIGATION POLICY

All attendees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19!
Attendees will have multiple ways of proving vaccination status. Attendees can

• upload an image of your COVID-19 vaccination card in advance of the conference
• present your COVID-19 vaccination card at the registration desk
• register your vaccination status with IDPH for easy access at registration

All attendees who are not vaccinated due to health and/or religious reasons must submit a negative COVID test result taken on or after September 14, 2021.

Indoor Masking to Protect One Another!
Face coverings will also be required for all individuals indoors. Masks may be removed when eating/drinking. 

Sanitize and Exercise Care!
We recommend attendees sanitize and/or wash hands frequently and maintain physical space where allowed.
